STI is a multifaceted technical organization whose common goal is to provide support through products and services in the field of electronics manufacturing. Utilizing some of the most advanced equipment for training, R&D, prototyping and analysis enables engineers and analysts at STI the versatility to provide the highest quality services for a wide range of products and services in order to address the challenges and issues facing today’s electronic manufacturers.

The goal of STI is to meet or exceed our customers expectations whether buying products through electronic or industrial distribution or utilizing the many services through training or engineering services. History

       

 

         STI Electronics, Inc. is a full service organization for training, consulting, laboratory analysis, microelectronics assembly, prototyping, and small to medium volume PCB assembly as well as electronic and industrial product distribution. STI began in 1982 in San Dimas, CA but relocated to Madison, AL in 1993.

    STI was founded by Jim D. Raby, P.E. who has over fifty-five years of experience in the industry including development of the NASA and Department of Defense Soldering Schools. Over the past 25 years, the company, which started as a small family business with Jim, Ellen and David Raby, has grown to over fifty employees and expanded its focus from consulting and technical seminars to providing training, laboratory analysis, advanced research and development, microelectronics assembly (class 1000 cleanroom environment), prototyping, and small to medium volume PCB contract assembly for the electronics industry.

    STI was chosen in 1998, 1999, 2008 and 2009 as one of the fastest growing companies in the country by INC 500 Magazine and was selected by the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce as the 2000 Small Business of the Year in the Business Services Category. STI was also a finalist in the Alabama Manufacturer of the Year in 2008 as awarded by Alabama Technology Network and Business Council of Alabama.

1. Exit East (right turn) onto Madison Blvd (stay in the left lane to exit to Madison Blvd. If you stay in the right lane you will exit onto I-565).
2. Left turn on Wall Triana.
3. Left turn on Front St. (Immediately after railroad tracks).
4. Front St. turns into Palmer. STI Electronics will be on the right.

 

From Nashville, TN Airport

1. Take I-40 WEST -> I-24 EAST -> I-65 SOUTH
2. Proceed on I-65 SOUTH to I-565 EAST
3. Exit Wall Triana.
4. Left turn on Wall Triana.
5. Left turn on Front St. (immediately after railroad tracks).
6. Front St. turns into Palmer. STI will be on the right.

 

From Birmingham, AL Airport

1. Take Messer Airport Hwy to I-20/59 West to I-65 North/Huntsville.
2. Continue on I-65 to I-565 East.
3. Exit Wall Triana.
4. Left turn on Wall Triana.
5. Left turn on Front St. (immediately after railroad tracks).
6. Front St. turns into Palmer. STI will be on the right.
