With more than 55 years of industry experience, Jim Raby played a pivotal role in developing the NASA and Department of Defense Soldering Schools, establishing the technical foundation and commitment to excellence that continue to define STI today. Originally established in San Dimas, California, the company relocated to Madison, Alabama, in 1993.
